Uklii are still trying to sell this land in Asia, i was approached today by a representative in Singapore, i was told they are not part of Ukli!! Can someone tell me if this true please?

2. fark718/07/2008 04:29:37

legally they are two seperate entities, but still both companies owned by Baljinder Chohan where he uses UKLII to promote land outside UK to avoid the FSA. check the note written at the bottom of the website www.uklii.com
also check the administrator report http://www.uklandinvestments.com/welcome_files/UKLI_P49Report_NA.pdf
section 1.3 Company structure and History
also see Land Stock on page 17 of the report and you can find out which site they are selling in Singapore...

UKLI made innocent indians scapegoats. Now nothing left for us to do any thing. Except hanging in the Air. Its most unfortunate. Really something to be done on top priority, and save 5000 innocent investrors. Liquidation of the company is nothing to do for us. Let somebody from UK Govt. come forward and give planning permissions to those areas, where individuals are holding piece of small plots. Otherwise, holding these plots for years together , its of no use. Ofcourse surrendering these plots to Liquidator does not arise at all. Request UK Govt. to intervene and settle the issue amicably and save the investors.

Thanks in advance.

Any comments from others pl...?

What's the latest position of UKLI, and where do we [all the investors] stand ? Its a day light robbery by intelligent people. What if the UK Govt or FSA are doing all along these years, till such time UKLI duped all of us.
very very unfortunate and serious crime on part of these people.....
May God Help all of us...

Hi,

I was reading some comments on this website from people who have invested in land on Balcombe Road. Although I am not an investor in that particular piece of land, I am a resident of Balcmobe Road. In my opinion (for what its worth) the liklihood of gaining planning permission for development is very low because well established developers have previously applied for planning permission further down the road (Steers lane) and this has been rejected on the basis that it would make Balcombe Road even more busier than it already is, and there is more or less an accident on that road every other month. Also the housing minister expressed concern regarding expansion of Gatiwck Airport beyond 2019. Sorry to be so down beat. Anyone have any questions let me know.

Financial Services Authority ALERT The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms. Good Day,

I purchased 2 plots of land from Rutherford Ross in 2005. Unfortunately I hastily paid for them, and then received various documents. I have not signed the documents, and instructed my solicitors to contact Bennett and Ryan, as well as Rutherford Ross. To date (18 months) and many lawyers letters latter, i have received no response regarding a refund, neither the process if I don’t sign the documents.

Please could someone advise whether there is a class action, or group law suit against such companies, or whether the Government has any plans to prosecute these companies, and if there may be some form of refund in the pipeline?

Help Please

hi, same with me mark, bought my plot 3yrs ago, not signed (legaly binding) documents, took them to solicitors as docs advise and they said you need an expert to go through them there that complicated, same with getting money back, i paid 12,000, got in touch with FSA site free search to see if firm is registered, there not so are illegal, but what now, is it possible to check through Land Registery for names and addresses of owners of the individual plots so we could consolidate our efforts, these scum bags are making a mint out of us

13. ade08/08/2008 16:25:07

i am one of those deceived, and bought plots from UK land heritage. the liquidators want the plots back so they can sell the land to farmers and give us dividends. does anyone have an idea what the real value of these plots may be?

Yes they are selling the land through www.landwealthcentre.com another likely scam

We bought 2 plots of land (Gatwick and High Wicombe) from Land International 3 years ago. We paid for both plots outright. Investments were made with a view to financial security in the future for both of our children. We work hard and, to be honest, struggle - and wanted to make things easier for our kids. Unfortunately, we have been completely scammed and don't know what to do now. We have the deeds for both plots of land but don't know where we stand with these. Does anyone know if there is a way that we can at least get some of our investment money back? We too have seen the new website set up by Land International (trading in Singapore) and think its disgusting that these people can still con people. Any advice would be appreciated.

20. Trevor28/08/2008 23:43:22

I am simply amazed at the perception of themselves by so many buyers of these "plots" as innocent victims. They MADE themselves victims by naively believing what they were told by the SELLERS of these alleged investments, who had a rather large axe to grind when talking about future development potential.
They did not even get future development potential checked out by a professional who knew what he was talking about before hurriedly parting with upwards of SIX THOUSAND QUID for a piece of land currently worth less than a grand !
That is bordering on insanity. I just can't believe that anyone would do that. What on EARTH were they thinking about?
