PropertySCAM reserves the right to edit or remove comments left by visitors to this site for reasons including but not limited to:

• Where a verified request to remove a comment is made by that comment's original poster.
  
  
• Where comments could be construed as being defamatory.
  
  
• Where comments contain ad hominem attacks aimed at other users of this site or third parties.
  
  
• Where multiple comments are left by the same user using different aliases.
  
  
• Where invalid or missing email addresses (see footnote) are used by commenters.
  
  
• Where comments are posted using pseudonyms by land banking companies or their representatives.

While PropertySCAM does not support land banking in any form, in the interest of balance, comments which support land banking will generally be allowed to stand unless they clearly breach one or more of the above rules.

Users should not interpret comment moderation as direct or indirect support by PropertySCAM of any land banking company.
