Rubery
Plots are currently being offered for sale at Rubery, near the border between Worcestershire and the Birmingham metropolitan area.

The Rubery site is adjacent to the Lickey Hills Country Park, is green belt and is in a Landscape Protection Area, affording it further protection against development.

The purpose of the Landscape Protection Area is to restrict development which would adversely affect the landscape qualities of the area (such as building houses) and this reflects the importance of the Rubery site as a buffer between the Lickey Hills Country Park and Birmingham.

Residential development in this location is not acceptable in principle.

Concorde Village | Finchampstead | Hollywood | Hounslow | Majors Green | Rubery
